THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VISION BONUS PROGRAM

  1. Vision’s Bonus Program is developed specifically for company’s Premium customers and includes Vision partnership discounts and privileges. Anyone older than 18 years of age can become a participant of Vision’s Premium Program.
  2. A Premium card confirms a Premium client’s participation in Vision Premium Program. Each Vision Premium customer is an owner of a Premium card, a member of company’s Premium Club, and a Premium Program participant.
  3. The Premium card is the property of VISION. A new Premium client can get the card from an active partner of the company or at representative Vision offices.
  4. To participate in Vision Bonus Program, you should fill in the registration form in either its paper or electronic form. After the registration, the customer will be automatically assigned a Vision Premium partner registration number, which is used together with a Premium card number to order products on Vision’s online shop and access his My Premium Client Account.
  5. Vision Premium Program offers the opportunity to purchase products with a 40% discount starting with the first order. The discount rate depends on the amount of products purchased over one calendar month. The amount of products is shown as CV. CV is a fixed number of points assigned to each Vision product.

    An order amount of 47.50–94.99 CV will grant a discount of up to 20%.
    An order amount of 95.00–189.99 CV will grant a discount of up to 30%.
    An order amount of 190 CV or more will grant a discount of up to 40%.

    Premium customers may increase the size of their order CV for a month and move up to the next discount level. During the transition to the next discount level, a special Bonus Account is activated for Premium customers.
  6. The final maximum discount is determined based on the total amount of CV of all orders placed in a single calendar month. If, during this month, there were purchases with lower discounts, the cost difference (return bonus) will be transferred into the Premium customer’s Bonus Account. The balance of the Bonus Account can be checked in the Premium customer’s private online account or when purchasing online and at Vision trade companies.

    The funds in the Bonus Account can be used partially or completely to cover the following months, i.e. the payment for the next purchase can be reduced using these bonus points. Bonus Account funds can also be transferred to other participants of Premium Program. Bonus point management, including their transfer, should be carried out in the Premium customer’s Private Online Account.
  7. Loyalty Program is a part of Premium Program for Vision’s Premium customers. Loyalty Program includes bonuses of up to 5% of the amount of personal orders over the past month (in terms of CV) on the cumulative Loyalty Program Account. The account is refilled by the end of the month for all orders that were placed during the month. Premium customers can check Loyalty Program balance in their private online account while purchasing or at Vision trade companies.

    Premium clients can use the collected funds to get free gifts from the company by submitting an order for more than 47.5CV. The unused funds are further saved and added with new bonuses following the results of each month. If there are no purchases providing more than 0CV made over the course of six months, the saved and unused bonuses are removed.
  8. Loyalty Program Account and Bonus Account are automatically opened for every Premium customer when logging into his Premium Program.
  9. Premium Program participants have the right to be the first who receive information about new Vision products, special sales, and company discounts.
  10. By entering the program, Premium customers agree to present their personal data and receive Vision information over e-mail and text messages (SMS). Premium customers may unsubscribe from the above-mentioned newsletter at any time.
  11. Premium Program members receive support from their consultants, who provide them with information about Premium Program, as well as from Vision Consultation Center specialists.

  12. A Personal Premium Account is opened for each Vision Premium customer when registering at the company. In order to access the Personal Account, the number of the Premium card or registration number of the Premium customer and password, received during registration onto Premium Program, should be entered into the appropriate fields. Premium cutomers can change the password in their Personal Account.

    Premium customers can manage their Loyalty Program Account and Bonus Account: check the balance of these accounts, view and change personal data, receive invitations to special conferences, and access the informational and tutorial documents in their Personal Account.
  13. If the premium card is lost, a new card should be purchased.
  14. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Premium Program at any time, notifying the Premium customers about the changes one month prior to the changes taking effect.
